“Ms Blackbird’s Self Care Arts Workshop”
The Bird Therapy Workshop I attended towards the end of July was enjoyable, inspiring and therapeutic. Helen (“Ms Blackbird“), who runs the workshops, is a lovely lady; kind, patient, enthusiastic, and exceptionally knowledgeable about art (she has an Honours Degree in Fine Art), about birds, and about nature in general. All in all, an experience I would recommend very highly.
